New course — GenAI for Business Innovation
Starting January 2027, a new course will explore how organizations can integrate generative AI with business processes and organizational strategy. Students will examine how GenAI can be used to create business value, redesign processes, develop new products and services, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate innovation — all while considering the broader business, social, legal, and ethical environment in which digital transformation occurs.
